1. Acceptance of Terms

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, betcuci, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from or in connection with your use of the betcuci platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses incurred during a game session.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond betcuci's control, such as internet infrastructure failures, natural disasters, or actions by government authorities.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence.

Betcuci provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any express or implied warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Account Termination

You may close your betcuci account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closure, ensure all eligible balances have been withdrawn in accordance with the applicable withdrawal procedures. betcuci is not responsible for any unclaimed balances remaining after a reasonable period from the account closure date.

Betcuci also reserves the right to terminate or suspend any account at our sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where:
